My responsibilities encompassed user research, system design, prototyping, illustration, user flow creation, and storytelling. While technology is expanding access, it often fails to support how people actually live with their health. Especially for older adults, poorly designed systems create friction, reducing confidence, independence, and the overall sense of care.
